1 Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer a30-day return and exchange service for most products, starting from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for a return or refund, the items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Used, worn, altered, or damaged items caused by customers will not be accepted for return or refund.
2 Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are excluded from returns and refunds due to hygiene, personalized, or digital product policies:

3 Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service team via [Email Address] within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number, product photos, and return reason.
Step 2: Wait for our official return approval and return shipping instructions. Do not send returns without our confirmation.
Step 3: Ship the returned items following the instructions and keep the shipping tracking number for verification.
Step 4: We will inspect the returned items within 3–5 business days after receiving your package and process your refund or exchange.
4 Shipping Fee Rules
If the return is caused by product defect, wrong item sent, or our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping fee and provide a full refund.
If the return is due to customer personal reasons (dislike, unsuitable size, unnecessary purchase), the customer shall bear the return shipping fee. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
5 Refund Method & Processing Time
All approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method. The refund processing time is 3–10 business days, depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform. We are not responsible for any delay caused by third-party financial institutions.
6 Exchange Policy
We support size exchange, color exchange, and product exchange for eligible items within the valid return period. The exchange shipping fee shall be borne by the responsible party in accordance with the return rules above.
7 Damaged & Defective Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or broken products, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with clear photos or videos. We will provide free replacement, full refund, or partial refund solutions according to the actual situation, without requiring you to return the defective items in some cases.
